    Program Overview

    Food Service Worker program prepares the students to work in the dietary departments of hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, group homes, and other healthcare settings.
    The program has been developed with the support and co-operation of health care facilities to prepare individuals for employment in food service in a health care setting. The students will acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to become a valuable member of the dietary team.
    This is a specialized training in the food service industry, and wages are usually higher than in mainstream food service establishments. You will become part of a team as you pursue your passion for preparing nutritious food that will benefit the health of your customers.

    Admission Requirements

    • 18 years of age or older.
    • Assessment: Online or In-person Counselling
    • Result to Prove English Proficiency:
      • IELTS (Academic) – 6.0 overall
      • IELTS (General) – 6.0 overall with each band 6.0
      • PTE (Academic) – 51 overall
      • TOEFL IBT – 60 overall
      • CELPIP – 7 overall with each band 7
    • In the absence of the above ESL required.
    • Secondary or Post Secondary Degree Diploma.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
